The invention relates to a wave energy hydraulic pump which comprises a plurality of sections of wave energy collection floating bodies, a plurality of hydraulic devices, a plurality of spring oscillator devices and a plurality of water inlet and outlet devices, wherein a rib plate is radially arranged in each section of wave energy collection floating body; each hydraulic device comprises a first hydraulic cylinder, and the first hydraulic cylinder is hinged between two adjacent wave energy collection floating bodies; each spring oscillator device comprises a second hydraulic cylinder, a piston inside the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with one side of a balancing weight on a sliding rod, the sliding rod is horizontally fixed between one rib plate and the rear wall of one wave energy collection floating body, and the other side of the balancing weight is connected with the rear wall of the wave energy collection floating body through a spring on the sliding rod; each water inlet and outlet device comprises a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, one end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with sea water through a filter, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is divided into two paths which are respectively communicated with water inlet holes of one first hydraulic cylinder and one second hydraulic cylinder, and the water outlet pipe of the wave energy hydraulic pump is further divided into two paths which are respectively communicated with water outlet holes of the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder.
