The control method of the door lock system comprises the following steps of: S1. generating a coding signal through the pure hardware device to control the drive unit; S2. driving the light-emitting unit by the drive unit according to the coding signal to emit a light signal containing information; and S3. responding the light signal by the door lock. According to the key of the door lock system, the pure hardware device generates the coding signal to control the drive unit, and thus the problem that a program is burnt on the key and the software generates the coding signal to control the drive unit through programming of a professional software people in the prior art is avoided, the key is simple in structure and easy to realize and brings the convenience for rapidly occupying the market.
