Embodiment 1

[0035](1) Test configuration: In the controller of the distributed control system to be tested, use the special configuration software equipped with the distributed control system to configure an accumulator. The output of the distributed control system is superimposed according to the accumulated value C when each controller processing cycle passes. Set the accumulated value C at 5% of the physical range. When the accumulative value C is adjusted to be less than the set accumulative value C, the change trend of the accumulator output is not obvious, and the measured controller processing cycle number increases; using the conventional method, the accumulator is converted by the above-mentioned configuration software The output channel is converted to an analog output channel of the controller to be tested;

Embodiment 2

[0060] (1) Test configuration: In the controller of the distributed control system to be tested, use the special configuration software equipped with the distributed control system to configure an accumulator. The output of the distributed control system is superimposed according to the accumulated value C when each controller processing cycle passes. Set the accumulated value C at 10% of the physical range. When the accumulated value C is adjusted to be greater than the set accumulated value C, the change trend of the output of the accumulator is obvious, and the measured number of processing cycles of the controller decreases. Using a conventional method, the output channel of the accumulator is converted into an analog output channel of the controller to be tested by the above-mentioned configuration software;

Abstract

The invention provides a method for testing real-time performance of a DCS (Distributed Control System) controller. The method comprises the following steps of (1) configuration test; (2) actual test of a processing period; (3) calculation of an actual processing period; and (4) calculation of real-time performance indexes of the DCS controller: the real-time performance of the tested DCS controller is indicated to be better when values of beta 1 and beta 2 are respectively closer to 1 and values of beta 3 and beta 4 are respectively closer to 0, and otherwise, the real-time performance of the tested DCS system is indicated to be worse. By using the method provided by the invention, actual test for the processing period of the DCS controller can be carried out through a test mode; and the real-time performance of the DCS controller can be effectively and comprehensively evaluated through real-time performance indexes of the DCS controller which is established by the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal power generation, and in particular relates to a method for analyzing and testing the real-time performance of a distributed control system controller of a thermal power generating set, that is, a method for testing the real-time performance of a control system controller. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the development of my country's electric power industry, analog regulators are rarely used on large thermal power units, and replaced by distributed control systems [DCS (English full name is the abbreviation of Distributed Control System.)] and digital electro-hydraulic systems [ DEH (English full name is the abbreviation of Digital Electro-hydraulic Control System.)] is widely used. DCS / DEH has very powerful functions and flexible control strategies, which can meet the requirements of power supply / grid for unit control. The controller of the distributed control system is the ...
