Abstract

The present invention discloses a water-soluble anti-rust fluid between processes, which comprises the components in parts by weight of 5-8 parts of sodium molybdate, 2-4 parts of zinc gluconate, 1-2 parts of sodium benzoate, 2-4 parts of glycerinum, 0.1-0.2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 80-90 parts of deionized water. The water-soluble anti-rust fluid provided by the present invention contains neither materials with larger toxicity such as sodium nitrite, dichromate, or volatile organic amine, etc. nor components with eutrophication property such as phosphate or nitrate, possessing less toxic, with environmental protection to a certain extent; if the anti-rust fluid provided by the present invention is used for rust prevention to iron and steel parts, no iron mold is to produce within 20-40 days, which is capable of meeting the requirements of rust prevention between processes for ordinary steel workpiece machining and the requirements of rust prevention for short-term storage, and the fluid can be easily removed with washed method, with the advantages of low cost of production and convenient preparation.
