Problems solved by technology

The jib mechanism of the crane is complex, the working conditions are changeable, and the local force is obvious, etc.
During the working process of the boom, due to the deformation of the telescopic part and the slider, the contact state deteriorates, which aggravates the concentration of stress, thus causing the failure of the boom
In addition, the crane arm is prone to friction self-excited vibration, and the currently used molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease and extreme pressure lithium-based grease cannot meet the needs of its working conditions.

Abstract

The invention discloses lubricating grease for a crane jib. The lubricating grease consists of the following ingredients in percentage by mass: 75%-80% of base oil, 20%-12% of a thickening agent and 5%-8% of other additives. The lubricating grease is prepared by adopting a composite of the mixed polyether and poly alpha-olefin (PAO) as the base oil and composite polyurea as the thickening agent. The lubricating grease for the crane jib has good combination properties, and all the performance indexes of the lubricating grease satisfy use requirements; and the lubricating grease has good adhering temperature performance, thermal oxidation stability, anti-corrosion performance, adhesivity, water resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasive resistance, mechanical safety and obvious biodegradability. Imidazoline derivatives have adsorption molecules with a plurality of adsorption sites, can form a layer of stable adsorption film on metal surfaces, have a corrosion inhibition function and can be also used for improving the water resistance of the lubricating grease. The crane jib can be used in severe working conditions through utilizing the lubricating grease.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a lubricating grease for a crane arm. Background technique [0002] With the expansion of production scale and the improvement of automation, cranes, as important equipment for material handling, play an increasingly important role in the modern production process, and their applications are becoming wider and wider, and the requirements for cranes are also getting higher and higher. The rapid development of science and technology has promoted the improvement of modern design and manufacturing capabilities, and the fierce international market competition is increasingly dependent on technological competition. Benefiting from the continuous high-speed growth of exports, the continuous development of the metallurgical industry, the continuous expansion of the real estate market and other positive factors, the technical performance of the crane has entered a new stage of development, and the crane is developing towards a larger to...
