Abstract

The invention discloses a colored polyurethane paint having elastic handfeel and used for spraying and a preparation method as well as application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of taking 17-30 parts by weight of saturated polyester resin with a high hydroxyl value and 10-20 parts by weight of saturated polyester resin with a low hydroxyl value, then adding 0.2-1.0 part by weight of levelling agent, 20-35 parts by weight of butyl acetate, 10-30 parts by weight of dimethylbenzene and 6-8 parts by weight of matt powder, dispersing the mixture at a high speed until the fineness is below 5 microns, and finally adding 0.05-0.15 part of drier, wherein the solid contents of the saturated polyester resin with a high hydroxyl value and the saturated polyester resin with a low hydroxyl value are equal to or more than 40%; the levelling agent is siloxane; the matt powder is silicon dioxide; a solvent is the mixture of butyl acetate and dimethylbenzene; and nano color paste is prepared by grinding nano toners. The paint can be sprayed on plastic shells of electronic and electrical products, and has the advantage of excellent elastic handfeel.
