The invention discloses an insulation resistance measurement method supporting an output volage of any point, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) arranging a main control chip in a measurement circuit and embedding functional software in the main control chip; (2) arranging a reference generation module and outputting a high voltage reference signal; (3) arranging a high voltage inversion generation module and an accurate negative feedback circuit module and stably outputting a high voltage measurement signal; (4) arranging a high voltage attenuation circuit module and a loop current sampling module and outputting an insulation resistance measurement voltage signal and an insulation resistance measurement current signal; (5) arranging a low pass filter and carrying out filtering processing; (6) arranging an accurate analog-digital converter circuit module and carrying out digital conversion of the signals; and (7) arranging a display module and outputting and displaying a measurement result.
