The fast test device comprises three parts, namely a roller way lifting assembly, an airflow guiding assembly and a blade-type anemograph assembly. Two connecting plates below a working table board are used for fixing two synchronous motors; two worm shaft brackets are used for supporting worm shafts; the two synchronous motors drive the worm shafts, as well as worms and gears to rotate so as to realize decelerated motion; a roller way is used for placing a to-be-measured cylinder cover; two worm wheels are welded on corresponding cam shafts respectively; the roller way is erected through rotation of a cam to enable the cylinder cover to move vertically on the working table; and air passage flow parameters are measured through the blade-type anemograph, a relevant sensor and the like.
