Abstract

The invention provides a blocked material detection device of a three-way coal chute. The blocked material detection device comprises a drainage housing, a baffle, a triggering device and a travel switch. The outer side wall of the three-way coal chute is provided with a drainage opening and the drainage housing is fixed on the outer side wall and covers the drainage opening; the baffle is located between the drainage opening and the wall of the drainage housing, and is fixedly connected with a shaft; and the shaft is movably connected with the drainage housing. One part of the shaft, which is located at the outer side of the drainage housing, is connected with the triggering device; the travel switch is fixed on the outer wall of the drainage housing and is in a contact range of the triggering device; and the route of the triggering device which is swung to the position of triggering the travel switch is less than or equal to the route of the baffle which is swung to the shell of the drainage housing. The drainage housing is provided with an observation window. The blocked material detection device disclosed by the invention has a self-resetting function and a strong anti-vibration capability; the blocked material detection device is not easy to damage and blocked coal is converted into mechanical displacement of the device, so as to be converted into an alarming signal; effective alarming is realized and a problem of refusing to move to not alarm or wrongly alarming does not happen; a blocked coal condition can be conveniently checked by the observation window; and the blocked material detection device is suitable for an environment with great coal conveying dust and great vibration.
