The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, mixing the ingredients of the component A and the component B according to own formulas, and secondly, evenly mixing the mixed component A with the mixed component B, wherein the weight of the component B accounts for 8-10% of the component A; and after defoaming by standing for a while, the mixture can be used for painting. Compared with the traditional intermediate coating, the two-component quick-drying intermediate coating provided by the invention is improved in hardness, good in matching performance, good in adhesion capability and good in grinding performance; and besides, the hard drying time is greatly shortened.
