Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-blocking method and a device for a railway electric locomotive air channel relay, and aims at common problems and defects that an air channel relay which is widely used currently is short in service life, and poor in reliability, and aims at the problems of contactor ablation, random failure and the like during usage of the air channel relay. The analysis shows that the random failure of the relay is caused by blocking of ice, snow powder and foreign matters, and the contactor ablation of the relay is thoroughly caused by vibration frequency ablation. Aiming at the defects, the invention provides an electric heating self-heating anti-blocking structure design for an air inlet, and a novel structure combining a micro-pressure membrane and a negative logic microswitch is arranged; meanwhile, a novel pressure joint type splicing fitting device is arranged; and the actual loading verifies that the anti-blocking method and the device disclosed by the invention overcome the conventional defects and are stable and reliable in operation.
