The buoyancy swing device comprises a swing plate, wherein the swing plate is connected to a swing plate adjusting device; the swing plate adjusting device is connected to a controller; and the controller is connected to a tide gauge. The PC of the buoyancy swing device adapting to the change of tide levels can calculate the displacement value of the swing plate required to shift according to received tide level signals, and then the displacement value is output to the swing plate adjusting device by the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controller, and the position of the swing plate is adjusted by the swing plate adjusting device to realize the function of the swing plate which can adapt to the change of the tide levels; and as the position of the swing plate can be adjusted according to the change of water levels, compared with a conventional buoyancy swing device, the hydrodynamic performance of the buoyancy swing device adapting to the change of the tide levels is greatly improved, the wave energy is fully converted into usable energy, and energy waste in the whole conversion process is significantly reduced.
