The method is simple in process procedures, easy to control, and safe and stable in operation; and the all fractions of coal tar can be scientifically and reasonably utilized, the production economic benefit is further improved, and a certain active function in overcoming the defect of the fuel oil and the lubricant base oil in China is achieved.
