The prism sheet comprises a transparent base material layer; a microparticle coating layer side-laminated on surface of the base material layer and dispersed with microparticles in a binder; a plurality of strip protruding prism parts arranged at side of surface of the microparticle coating layer in a striped shape. The prism sheet can prevent generation of screen glares and interference patterns and improve front luminance, thereby promoting thinning of the backlight unit for liquid crystal display device through reducing number of optical lenses. A sheet part is arranged between the microparticle coating layer and the strip protruding prism parts and can be integrated with the strip protruding prism parts into one body.
