Abstract

The invention discloses a connection keeping method, a device of an application program client and an applicable server and a method which comprises a mobile terminal and a mobile communication network of the device for transmitting data to a mobile terminal. The data transmitting method comprises that the mobile terminal obtains a reference value of a heartbeat period from the mobile communication network; the mobile terminal determines an actual value of the heartbeat period based on the reference value of the heartbeat period; and the mobile terminal triggers a registered application program client to send heartbeat data packages to the corresponding applicable server based on the actual value of the heartbeat period. According to the invention, a plurality of application program clients resided on the mobile terminal are triggered uniformly and dispatches the heartbeat through the mobile terminal. The heartbeat data packages are sent to the respective applicable server at the same time and in the same time intervals, so that the energy consumption of the mobile terminal and the consumption of the occupancy of wireless source caused by frequent asynchronous sending of heartbeat packages by the plurality of application program clients are effectively reduced.
