According to the invention, based on a principle that in frozen state of a soil solution, frozen ice in the soil solution is directly sublimated to be water vapor for discharge via vacuumizing to reduce pressure, thereby the soil is enabled to dry. The method is feasible, and simple in operation, and the entire sample preparation process is a vacuum state, thus preventing the impact of redox reactions on soil properties; and soil samples obtained can be used for tests of soil mechanics, physical properties, and soil properties, with significantly improved test results accuracy.
