Embodiment 1

[0028] At room temperature, add 100ml of ethanol into the three-necked flask, then add a sufficient amount of BTF under stirring, raise the temperature to 30°C, dissolve and filter to obtain a saturated solution of BTF. Then add a sufficient amount of HNIW, stir, dissolve, and filter, and the resulting filtrate is a saturated solution of BTF-HNIW mixture. Put the filtrate in a beaker. Then it was left still in a constant temperature box at 30° C., and the solvent was evaporated to precipitate crystals. Dry to obtain BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive.

Embodiment 2

[0030] At room temperature, add 50ml of tetrahydrofuran into the three-necked flask, then add enough BTF under stirring, raise the temperature to 35°C, dissolve and filter to obtain a saturated solution of BTF. Then add a sufficient amount of HNIW, stir, dissolve, and filter, and the resulting filtrate is a saturated solution of BTF-HNIW mixture. Put the filtrate in a beaker. Then it was left still in a constant temperature box at 35° C., and the solvent was evaporated to precipitate crystals. Dry to obtain BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive.

Embodiment 3

[0032] At room temperature, add 40ml of acetone into the three-necked flask, then add a sufficient amount of BTF under stirring, raise the temperature to 40°C, dissolve, and filter to obtain a saturated solution of BTF. Then add a sufficient amount of HNIW, stir, dissolve, and filter, and the resulting filtrate is a saturated solution of BTF-HNIW mixture. Put the filtrate in a beaker. Then keep it still in a constant temperature box at 40°C, let the solvent evaporate, precipitate crystals, and dry to obtain BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a BTF-HNIW (benzotrifuroxan- hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane) eutectic explosive. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a saturated solution of BTF-HNIW, namely adding sufficient BTF into a crystallization solvent, raising the temperature to be between 20 and 50 DEG C, dissolving and filtering to obtain a saturated solution of the BTF, and adding sufficient HNIW into the saturated solution of the BTF, dissolving and filtering to obtain the mixed saturated solution of BTF-HNIW; and (2) preparing the BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive, namely placing the mixed saturated solution of the BTF-HNIW into a beaker, placing the beaker in a constant temperature incubator and keeping standing, evaporating a solvent, and drying to obtain the BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive. By the method, the free-running property and energy of the BTF are effectively improved, the sensitivity of the HNIW is reduced, and the safety of the HNIW is improved, so that the BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive is high in free-running property, high in detonation performance and high in safety and can be used as a novel high-energy initiating explosive. The method for preparing the BTF-HNIW eutectic explosive is simple.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of energetic materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of benzofurazan and hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (BTF-HNIW) eutectic explosive. The invention is used in high-energy detonators and insensitive ammunition It has a good application prospect. Background technique [0002] The properties of energetic materials (detonation energy, thermal stability, sensitivity) are closely related to the density and melting point of the material. Since the energy and sensitivity of explosives synthesized so far are contradictory, that is, explosives with higher energy may also have higher sensitivity. The serious contradiction between the energy and safety of existing energetic materials restricts their further development and application. At present, methods such as recrystallization, polymer coating and compounding are usually used to modify the existing simple explosives. These traditional modification metho...
