A user can exercise the arms by holding an actuating grip to pull an elastic piece fixed on the arm rest; and the user can exercise the waist and the back by seating on a mat and leaning backwards against a backrest to pull the tension spring; the user can exercise the legs by seating on the mat and stamping on the pedal body builder; and when being not used, the pedal body builder can be retracted under the mat together with a connecting rod and a T-shaped bracket,. When being not used, the multifunctional fitness chair can be used as an ordinary seat, and does not need to occupy extra storage space.
