The medium-sized and small enterprises one-stop service system comprises a user terminal, a server and a database module, wherein the database module comprises a retrieval database used for storing data information as the data foundation of the retrieval; the server comprises an online contract signing unit, a service process monitoring unit, an online payment unit and a research unit; the online contract signing unit is used for realizing online signing of the contract between two or more parties of the contract; the service process monitoring unit is used for evaluating the service accomplishment condition and monitors the service process; and the online payment unit is used for online payment based on the online signed contract and the service accomplishment condition. Through a visual workflow technology, the medium-sized and small enterprises one-stop service system and method, disclosed by the invention, have the advantages of solving the problems such as process monitoring and remote payment of intelligent type service products, thereby realizing remote supply and accomplishment of the service, and solving the problems that a service demand side worries about the service quality, and the service providing side cannot deliver the service as worrying about the payment problem.
