According to the method, query-facing two-dimensional data cache and operation-facing tree-type data cache are combined, the bi-directional linkage is performed on the data, the data query capacity based on the SQL is provided, the capacity for fast cascading updating the data with a relationship such as parent-child and inclusion is provided, the performance problem of the memory cache of the communication resource data with a complex relationship and during a fast state cascading updating is solved, the timeliness for resource state monitoring in comprehensive network management is improved, and the time revealed from data collection to presentation of a final state is shortened.
