According to the method provided by the invention, comprehensive development of abundant tobacco stem waste is realized, harm is turned into good and the tobacco stem waste is turned into hericium erinaceus which doubles as medicine and food through hericium erinaceus via the tobacco stem, so that not only the method for culturing hericium erinaceus is widened, and wood resources are saved, but also the added value of tobacco planting is improved.
