The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into a reaction kettle, adding phytic acid, organophosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor and high molecular polymer, evenly stirring, adding aluminum zinc orthophosphate hydrate and zinc 5-nitro-isophthalate while stirring, and stirring for 60-120 minutes until the materials are completely dissolved, thereby obtaining the steel / cast iron metal protective agent.
