Embodiment 1

[0022] A method for preparing an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive good for bonding low-energy surfaces, mainly comprising the following steps:

[0023] The formula that present embodiment adopts is:

[0024]

[0025] The preparation process and conditions of the present embodiment are as follows:

[0026] According to the composition and ratio of above-mentioned formula, carry out following steps:

[0027] (1) Add an organic base to the acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, stir well and let stand for 10 minutes to prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture;

[0028] (2) Add tackifying resin solution to the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture prepared in step (1), stir well and let stand for 10 minutes;

[0029] (3) Add an appropriate amount of curing agent diluent to the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture prepared in step (2), stir well and let stand for 20 minutes;

[0030] (4) Apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared in step (3) evenly on the substrate, a...

Embodiment 2- Embodiment 10

[0033] The same process steps as in Example 1 were used to prepare an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with good adhesion to low-energy surfaces, and the corresponding performance tests were carried out. The difference is that the formulation compositions and ratios listed in Table 1 were used respectively. The performance test results of the prepared acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with good adhesion to low-energy surfaces are also marked in Table 1; where qualified means that the prepared product has been completely cured within 0.5h-1h, and there is no post-curing Effect, 180° peel strength ≥ 20N / 20mm, room temperature holding power ≥ 35h, it still has fluidity and can be used in the coating process of pressure-sensitive adhesive products after being stored for 8-12 days under sealed and dark conditions at room temperature.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a preparation method for an acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive providing good adhesion for a low energy surface. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding an organic base to a pressure sensitive adhesive composition, completely and uniformly stirring, and standing for 10 min to prepare a pressure sensitive adhesive mixture; (2) adding a tackifying resin solution to the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive mixture from the step (1), completely and uniformly stirring, and standing for 10 min; 3) adding an appropriate amount of a curing agent diluent to the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive mixture from the step (2), uniformly stirring, and standing for 20 min; and (4) uniformly coating the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive from the step (3) on a substrate, and carrying out drying curing for 0.5-1 h in a constant temperature oven with a temperature of 60-80 DEG C. The acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive prepared by the method of the present invention can be completely cured within 0.5-1 h, and no post-curing effect is generated, wherein a 180 DEG peel strength is more than or equal to 20 N / 20 mm, a room temperature hold tack is more than or equal to 35 h, and the acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive of the present invention still has fluidity and can be used for the pressure sensitive adhesive product coating step after storing for 8-12 days under conditions of a room temperature, sealing and darkness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive good for bonding low-energy surfaces, and belongs to the technical field of adhesive preparation. Background technique [0002] Pressure sensitive adhesive is the abbreviation of pressure sensitive adhesive, which is a kind of adhesive that is sensitive to pressure. At present, the curing agents used for cross-linking and curing of solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are mainly polyisocyanates, which can cross-link and cure the adhesive at room temperature, but generally suffer from slow curing speed, poor storage performance and high cost. The problem is that it needs to be added before coating. As the crosslinking reaction proceeds, the viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive solution will rise rapidly, and the glue will be cloudy because the polyisocyanate will absorb the moisture in the solvent and the moisture in the air, thus Make the curing agent...
