Problems solved by technology

[0013] In the aqueous ink composition for writing implements shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 9, the settling and separation in question are reduced, but there is a problem that the two kinds of resin particles are still separated after a long time elapses, and when on a metal surface When writing above, it also involves the problem of insufficient shielding power, which is undeniable

[0137] An aqueous marking ink composition (total amount: 100%) was prepared by an ordinary method based on the formulations shown in Table 1 and Table 2 below.

[0138] Measured at 25°C in 3.83 to 383sec by the following measurement method -1 Each viscosity of each aqueous marking ink composition obtained under each shear rate of .

[0139] In addition, each obtained aqueous marking ink composition was used and filled into a marking pen having the following configuration to evaluate hiding property (non-absorbing black surface), fixation property (metal surface), line drawing state (metal surface contaminated with oil) , writing performance (flow out), restirrability (bead migration frequency), writing performance during repeated writing (pen tip up repetition) and downward storage performance (pen supply clogging).

[0140] The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2 below.

Abstract

Provided is an aqueous marking ink composition with which it is possible to write smoothly with low viscosity on non-absorbent surfaces, such as metals and resins, that are greased with oil, such as cutting oil and lubricating oil, while having suitable and favorable wettability and without being repelled; with which it is possible to draw lines having excellent masking characteristics and excellent adherence; in which the masking agent can be re-dispersed easily by a simple stirring operation even if the masking agent settles out over time; which has excellent masking characteristics and stability; and especially which can be stirred easily even with a stirring element having a low specific gravity. The disclosed aqueous marking ink composition contains at least: 1-20% by mass of a water-soluble resin having a hydrophobic moiety in a molecule thereof; a coloring agent containing at least 5-30% by mass of titanium oxide; 0.05-2% by mass of at least one compound selected from acetylenic glycols, acetylenic alcohols, and derivatives thereof; 1-20% by mass of a water-soluble solvent having a vapor pressure of at most 5 mmHg at 25 DEG C; and water.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an aqueous marking ink composition, wherein the aqueous marking ink composition has suitable and good wettability to non-absorbent surfaces such as metals and resins contaminated with oils such as cutting oils and lubricating oils, and The water-based marking ink composition can be written smoothly thereon with low viscosity without being repelled, so that a drawn line with high hiding and high fixability can be obtained; in addition, the water-based marking ink composition has a good The ink flows out and is easily redispersed by a simple stirring operation even when the masking agent settles over time, and the aqueous marking ink composition has excellent masking properties and stability. Background technique [0002] A number of aqueous marking ink compositions are known heretofore which provide good line drawing on non-absorbent surfaces such as metals and resins without being repelled. [0003] To provide, for exa...
