The core rod surface graphitic lubricant consists of a composite adhesive, a film forming agent, a dispersing agent, an anti-foaming agent, a thickening agent, a mildew-proof agent, an emulsifier and water, wherein the solid phase accounts for 30-35% of the graphitic lubricant by mass, and water accounts for 65-70% by mass; and the solid phase comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-70% of graphite, 20-30% of compound adhesive, 3-5% of film forming agent, 0.5-2% of dispersing agent, 0.5-2% of anti-foaming agent, 0.5-2% of thickening agent, 0.5-2% of mildew-proof agent and 0.5-2% of emulsifier.
