The invention discloses a manufacturing process of metal powder sintered filter elements, which comprises the following steps that: firstly, copper or stainless steel powder with the mass ratio being (90-95): (5-10) is mixed with paraffin which serves as volatile agent; then the mixture is filled into a high-speed steel mould to be formed, and hollow cylindrical formed filter elements are obtained; the formed filter elements are put into a combustion boiler at 800DEG C to 900DEG C to be sintered; the formed filter elements are separated by alumina; during the sintering process, paraffin is volatilized; and pure metal powder sintered filter elements are formed. According to the invention, the metal powder sintered filter elements have the advantage of high temperature resistance, and can be used for filtering high-temperature gas and liquid with the temperature being above 500DEG C.
