The method comprises the concrete steps of: firstly preparing a nutrient solution rich and comprehensive in nutrition; completely absorbing and solidifying the nutrient solution into a granular solid nutrient solution by using an agricultural water-retaining agent of which the water absorption multiple is 200-300 times and the grain size is 80-100 meshes; preparing a fruiting culture medium through taking the solid nutrient solution as a main raw material; putting the solid culture matrix into a plastic bottle or a polypropylene dog-eared bag, carrying out conventional sterilization and inoculating with flammulina velutipes liquid strains; and cultivating the strains till fruiting through management.
