Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of cultivation of edible fungi, particularly to a method for bed cultivation of coprinus comatus. The method includes construction of a cultivation bed, a selecting and processing method of compost and strains, an adjustment method of a furrowed bed before blanking, a cultivation method of hyphae after blanking, a method for cultivating mushrooms afterthe furrowed bed is covered with soil, and a method for middle-period and final period management. By the aid of the method, the compost is not required to be bagged, materials, time and efforts are saved, and the production process greatly improves the work efficiency. The compost is mixed with strains so as to spread strains throughout the whole compost, and the compost of the cultivation bed is loose and good in air permeability, so that the compost is overgrown by the hyphae quickly once strains germinate. The furrowed bed is adjusted into a plurality of segments through intervals before blanking, bricks which are used for separating are dug out to vacate spaces for filling soil after the compost is overgrown by the hyphae, the conversion rate of the hyphae is stimulated and improved by various microbiological metabolic products and abundant nutrient ingredients generated in the filled soil, and the yield of the coprinus comatus is increased obviously.
