The product is rich in secondary-trace elements which are necessary for crops, such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, boron, manganese, and zinc; and by adding the plant nutrient conditioner and the nitrogen fertilizer synergist, the comprehensive adsorption of crop nutrients is ensured and the utilization of the nitrogen fertilizer is improved. According to the invention, a particle nitrogen fertilizer is used as a raw material; and the film coating synergistic nitrogen fertilizer is formed by adopting a technology of coating film coating materials such as tung oil, polyvinyl alcohol and the like on the surfaces of large particles by adopting the chelation reaction so as to form a film, wherein the film coating materials are blended through a certain scientific proportioning and are added with the trace elements, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, ferrous sulfate, boric acid, borax, ammonium molybdate, magnesium sulfate, a calcium magnesium fertilizer and the like.
