The invention provides an internet architecture and an internet service method and a system thereof, belonging to the field of a computer network. The internet architecture comprises a smart service layer, a resource adaption layer and a network component layer, wherein the smart service layer, the resource adaption layer and the network component layer respectively comprise an entity domain and a behavior domain; the smart service layer comprises at least one network service, and each network service uses a service identification of the entity domain in the smart service layer and service demand behavior description of the behavior domain in the smart service layer to be expressed; the resource adaption layer comprises at least one network community, and each network community uses a community identification of the entity domain in the resource adaption layer and community function behavior description of the behavior domain in the resource adaption layer to be expressed; and the network component layer comprises at least one network component, and each network component uses a component identification of the entity domain in the network component layer and component property behavior description of the behavior domain in the network component layer to be expressed.
