One side of the embedded part of the sill is connected with a plurality of first adjusting bolts fixedly connected onto the foundation, the other side of the embedded part of the sill is fixedly connected with supporting angle steel, the supporting angle steel is fixedly connected with fixed angle steel by a second adjusting bolt, the fixed angle steel is fixedly mounted, and the pouring formwork is disposed on one side, which is close to the first adjusting bolts, of the supporting angle steel. The method breaks through condition limitation on anhydrous dry-land construction of the embedded parts of the gate sills.
