The production method of the skin external paste comprises the following steps: putting Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Astragali, Rhizome Coptidis and Angelica officinalis in water of which the total weight is 1.35 to 1.37 times that of the three crude drugs; heating for 30 min with slow fire; filtering with gauze and collecting the filtrate; dissolving Yunnan Baiyao in the filtrate.
