Abstract

A full-bridge rectifying circuit is connected with the secondary side of the booster transformer; the output end of the full-bridge rectifying circuit is connected with an H-bridge inverting circuit and an IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) control circuit in a bridging way; the test voltage obtained through the output side of the H-bridge inverting circuit is applied to two ends of a test sample; two input ends of a signal collecting and processing plate are connected with the output end of the H-bridge inverting circuit and the output end of the IGBT control circuit; and the output end of the signal collecting and processing plate is connected with a computer. The circuits of the device have simple structures and can effectively capture and separate the weak signal so that the weak signal can not be submerged in the peak voltage, and reliable data support is provided for the study of the partial discharge of the insulating structure.
