The power output end of the motor is linked with the transmission gear set through a torsion bar. A torsion gun control switch is connected in the electrification circuit of the motor in series. Moreover, the motor is provided with a displacement converter which can convert the rotating turns of the motor into a vertical displacement value. A pressure sensor is installed on the bearing platform. The displacement converter and the pressure sensor are respectively and correspondingly provided with a power supply connecting line and a signal transmission line.
