Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing an erythromycin thiocyanate gelatin microsphere preparation. The method comprises the following steps of: forming water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion with mechanical stirring by using gelatin as a carrier, using liquid paraffin as an oil phase and using Span85 and Tween80 as a mixed emulsifier, cooling glutaraldehyde at a low temperature, performing cross linking and curing, and thus obtaining microspheres of 7 to 20 microns. In intravenous administration, after the microsphere suspension is injected through the vein, the microsphere suspension is in contact with a lung capillary network of which diameter is 3 to 11 microns and is effectively intercepted by the lung; and medicaments in the microspheres are slowly released, so that a stable and long-term effective concentration is obtained. The preparation is prepared by adopting an emulsification and condensation polymerization method; and the method is low in equipment requirements, low in preparation cost and easy to popularize and apply.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture and relates to a preparation method of erythromycin thiocyanate gelatin microsphere preparation. Background technique [0002] Sustained-release and controlled-release preparations are also called sustained-release and controlled-release drug delivery systems. They do not require frequent administration and can effectively reduce the amount of drug administered to sick animals. In addition, slow-release and controlled-release drugs can reduce the blood drug concentration. Fluctuation, so that it maintains a stable blood concentration in the human body, greatly improving the efficacy and reducing side effects. However, in the research of lung-targeting microspheres at home and abroad, there are still some problems in the selection of carrier materials and the preparation of microspheres: for example, albumin is expensive and requires high storage conditions, which is not suitable for the resear...
