A system for quick start of the fuel cell pile in subzero temperature comprises the fuel cell pile, a fuel cell test platform, a low temperature test chamber, a circulating water pump and a cooling fluid circulation water tank, wherein the fuel cell pile is respectively connected with the fuel cell test platform, the circulating water pump and the cooling fluid circulation water tank; a load of the fuel cell test platform is an electrical load; and the fuel cell pile, the circulating water pump and the cooling fluid circulation water tank are arranged in the low-temperature test chamber. The experimental method comprises the following steps: starting load discharge under the condition without carrying out cooling circulation; and when the internal temperature of the fuel cell pile or the temperature of air gas emission reaches a specified temperature value, starting the circulating water pump, and thereby finishing starting. The experimental method has the advantages that: the method is simple, the start speed is fast, auxiliary energy has no need to be consumed, the start is safe, and the experimental method is provided for quick start and normal operation of the fuel cell pipe in cold winter environment, so that the development of industrialization of fuel cells for vehicles is promoted.
