Problems solved by technology

The chemical precipitation method is often used in the industry to treat heavy metal wastewater, but the chemical precipitation method has disadvantages such as easy to cause water hardening, incomplete treatment of low-concentration heavy metal ions, and easy to cause secondary pollution.
The ion exchange resin method can transfer heavy metal ions to the resin, but it is difficult to separate the resin and heavy metal ions, which is not enough in terms of resin reuse or recovery of precious metals

Abstract

The invention provides a modified polyaniline adsorbent, and belongs to the technical field of polymer composite materials. According to the invention, an aniline monomer is modified by using sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and other surfactants containing a sulfonic group, and then is subjected to polymerization to obtain the adsorbent, wherein the polyaniline with unobvious adsorption performance is combined with the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and other surfactants containing the sulfonic group, such that the polyaniline molecule chain is grafted with the sulfonic group with the cationadsorption performance, at the same time the surfactant exists, such that the internal pore structure of the polymer is changed so as to enhance the adsorption performance and the stability. The results of a plurality of experiments show that: the modified polyaniline adsorbent of the present invention provides good adsorption capacities for cationic dyes, heavy metal ions and phenol in wastewater. The adsorbent of the present invention has advantages of cheap and easily obtained raw materials, simple preparation process, low cost, good chemical stability, easy separation, capability of recycle, no secondary pollution on the environment, and the like, and is a potential sewage adsorption material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer composite materials, and relates to the preparation of a modified polyaniline adsorbent, in particular to the preparation of a surface-active modified polyaniline adsorbent containing sulfonic acid groups; the present invention also relates to the polyaniline adsorbent Application of modified polyaniline adsorbent in adsorbing cationic dyes, heavy metal ions and phenolic materials in sewage. Background technique [0002] With the growth of population and the development of industry, the scarcity of water resources, especially the phenomenon of water quality-type water shortage is becoming more and more serious, and the role of sewage treatment technology in production and life is also increasing. [0003] The textile printing and dyeing industry is a major player in wastewater discharge, accounting for 1 / 3 of the entire industrial wastewater discharge. Therefore, the environmental problems caused...
