Embodiment Construction

[0019] figure 1 A perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of an elastomeric metal bearing 1 according to the invention is shown. The elastomeric metal bearing 1 comprises a substantially rigid inner part 2, an elastomeric sleeve 3 (see figure 2 ) and a substantially rigid outer part 4 . An elastomer sleeve 3 is arranged between the inner part 2 and the outer part 4 . In particular in this exemplary embodiment, the inner part 2 is implemented as a metal sleeve or a cylindrical metal ring with holes 5 . This hole 5 is used to receive figure 1 Pins or bolts, not shown in , by means of which abutment parts or support parts, also not shown, can be connected to the inner part 2 of the elastomeric metal bearing 1 .

[0020] In its vertical range, figure 1 The inner part 2 in also defines the bearing axis or longitudinal axis 6 of the elastomeric metal bearing 1 . if available from figure 1 As seen in , the outer part 4 of the elastomeric metal bearing 1 is connected, eg w...

Abstract

The present invention provides an elastomer-metal bearing (1) which is particularly used for a wheel suspension of motor vehicle. The elastomer-metal bearing (1) comprises a basically rigid inner portion (2), an elastomeric sleeve (3) and a basically rigid outer portion (4). The elastomeric sleeve (3) is arranged between the inner portion (2) and outer portion (4). Furthermore, on at least one axial end (7,9), the inner portion (2) is formed according to a mode which is characterized in that: the inner portion is in shape matching connection with an adjacent portion which can be connected with the inner portion (2) at an aspect of force transmission which is transverse to a bearing axis (6) that is limited by the inner portion (2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an elastomeric metal bearing according to the preamble of claim 1 , in particular for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle. Background technique [0002] Elastomeric metal bearings of this type are generally known and are used, for example, when there is a torsional movement and radial or axial displacement of the support parts relative to each other. These elastomeric metal bearings are also used in motor vehicle construction, where they serve as spring suspensions and connecting elements that act resiliently in the axial, radial and torsional directions. Elastomeric metal bearings are often used in motor vehicle construction, for example to isolate the vehicle body from noise vibrations emanating from the chassis, that is, for example from wheels, wheel suspensions, spring suspensions, shock absorbers or steering gear, and to compensate for frames Connection and assembly tolerances. [0003] As main components, an elastome...
