According to the invention, a problem of the exploitation of floret apocynum venetum in preparing tea can be solved. The apocynum venetum tea is composed of raw materials of, by weight: 80-90% of floret apocynum venetum leaves, 4-7% of wild dendranthema flower buds, 4-7% of frosted mulberry leaves, 1-5% of vanilla, and 1-4% of glucose. On the basis of an original apocynum venetum tea, local resources such as winter frosted mulberry leaves, wild dendranthema flowers and southern vanilla are formulated in the apocynum venetum tea, such that the mouthfeel of the apocynum venetum tea is greatly improved, and effects of body strengthening and aging retarding can be provided. More substantially, the apocynum venetum tea provides a substantial inhibiting and eliminating effect against symptoms caused by excessive internal heat.
