Problems solved by technology

However, it is difficult for zinc-nickel alloys to achieve low hydrogen embrittlement and to be applied to the protection of high-strength structural steels. It is necessary to develop suitable additives that can obtain low hydrogen embrittlement properties.
There is no report on the preparation of zinc-nickel coating by low temperature pneumatic spraying technology

Embodiment 1

[0024] The zinc powder and nickel powder used for spraying are self-prepared powders. The zinc powder and nickel powder are commercial spherical zinc powder with an average particle size of 11 μm and electrolytic nickel powder with an average particle size of 47 μm. Measure a certain proportion of spherical zinc powder and electrolytic nickel powder, and put them in a planetary ball mill jar for grinding and mixing for 2 to 3 hours. The coating was prepared using a low-temperature pneumatic spraying system provided by the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

[0025] The substrate is made of 300M steel, the size of the sample is 25mm×50mm×5mm, and the size of the sprayed surface is 25mm×50mm. The low-temperature pneumatic spraying powder is a self-configured weight percentage of 85% spherical zinc powder + 15% electrolytic nickel powder; the base material is sandblasted and cleaned before spraying, and the coating is prepared by a low-temperature pneumatic spray...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an anticorrosion protective coating for high-strength steel, which is characterized in that: preparing spherical zinc powder / electrolytic nickel powder composite powder; and preparing coating by a low-temperature pneumatic spray process. The adopted zinc / nickel composite powder comprises the following components: 65 to 85 weight percent of zinc powder and 35 to 15 weight percent of nickel powder. The coating is prepared by the low-temperature pneumatic spray process. Compared with the prior art, the zinc-nickel coating prepared by the low-temperature pneumatic process is dense, has low porosity, high hardness, high substrate bonding strength and high anticorrosion performance, and thus is a good protective coating for preventing corrosion of the high-strength steel.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a high-strength steel anti-corrosion protective coating, which belongs to the technical field of surface treatment of materials. Background technique [0002] High-strength structural steel has high strength, high elastic modulus and other excellent properties and is still widely used in aircraft. However, high-strength structural steel has poor corrosion resistance and requires surface protection when used. High-strength structural steel has high tensile strength, but it is sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement. Therefore, the important principle when taking surface protection measures is low hydrogen embrittlement performance. At present, the cadmium plating on loose holes, cadmium chloride plating, and cyanide-free cadmium-titanium plating widely used in high-strength structural steel for aircraft have good protection performance and low susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement. Cadmium is a toxic subst...
