Problems solved by technology

At present, most of the TOC analyzers on the market are dry-method instruments, but the dry-method instruments produced abroad have some disadvantages: First, the combustion temperature is not high enough, only 680 degrees, and some organic substances in the water sample cannot be fully burned
The second is that the tested water samples have to undergo high-demand crushing and pre-filtering treatment, and a part of the organic matter is lost.
The third is that the injection volume of the water sample to be tested is too small, only 10-25 microliters, and the representativeness of the water sample is poor.
The fourth is to use electric furnace wire for continuous heating, which requires a long time for preheating. After the instrument is turned on, it is always in a heating state, with large thermal radiation interference and large power consumption.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of environmental monitoring, and discloses an instrument capable of automatically measuring the content of organic matters in surface water and sewage, in particular to an automatic instrument for measuring the content of total organic carbon (TOC) in water, and can realize full-automatic measurement process and meet the national requirements for measurement technical indexes. The infrared TOC analyzer consists of a total carbon measuring system, an inorganic carbon measuring system, a data processing system and a control system, wherein, the control system controls the processes of the total carbon measuring system and the inorganic carbon measuring system and transmits output signals to the data processing system; the total carbon measuring system comprises an automatic sample injection unit, a heating-burning unit and an optical measurement unit; and the inorganic carbon measuring system comprises an acidification unit, a pre-purge unit and an optical measurement unit. By adopting the infrared TOC analyzer, the problem of low temperature in the traditional heating method is solved during the TOC measurement process so that the burning temperature is improved to 1200 DEG C, thus a water sample can be more fully burned and the measurement accuracy is improved; and meanwhile the problems such as a small quantity of the water samples, thermal radiation interference and TOC-COD (chemical oxygen demand) integrated measurement are solved. Therefore, the infrared TOC analyzer is applicable to measuring the content of the TOC in various types of water in the environmental monitoring field and other fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of environment and resources, and is mainly applied to an environment monitoring system, more specifically, an instrument for measuring the content of total organic carbon (TOC) in water or soil. Background technique [0002] At present, the instruments for measuring TOC in this field are generally based on the national standard of the People's Republic of China "HJ 501-2009 Determination of Total Organic Carbon in Water Quality by Combustion Oxidation-Non-dispersive Infrared Absorption Method" and the technical indicators are in accordance with the National Metrology Verification Regulations of the People's Republic of China "JJG 821-2005 Research and development of "Total Organic Carbon Analyzer" and "KR-IV Infrared TOC Analyzer Enterprise Standard". [0003] At present, the relatively mature manufacturers of total organic carbon (TOC) analyzers at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in developed count...
