The preparation method for the composition comprises the following steps of: (1), performing ultra micro grinding on all components in a formula and then screening with a 700-mesh sieve; (2) weighing 15 to 35 weight parts of propolis, 10 to 30 weight parts of atractylodes lancea, 15 to 35 weight parts of sanguisorba officinalis, and 10 to 35 weight parts of astragalus, and mixing for 5 to 10 minutes until a composition is uniform; (3), weighing 10 to 35 weight parts of prepared rehmannia root, 15 to 35 weight parts of indigowoad root, 10 to 35 weight parts of plantain herb, 15 to 45 weight parts of motherwortherb, and 15 to 45 weight parts of gardenia, and mixing for 5 to 10 minutes until a composition is uniform; and (4) mixing the composition which is obtained in the step (2) and the composition which is obtained in the step (3), and continuously mixing for 10 to 15 minutes until a mixture is uniform.
