Abstract

The finishing liquor is obtained by the following steps of: (a) adding 30-50 % (molar) of organic solvent and 20-40 % (molar) of MDI (Diphenyl-Methane-Diisocyanate) to a reaction kettle full of nitrogen or carbon dioxide; and heating and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture; (b) and then slowly adding 10-20 % (molar) of TMP (Trimethylol Propane) and a catalyst quantity of catalyst; continuing to add 5-15 % (molar) of polyether 3000; and carrying out reaction at 70 DEG C to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer; (c) and then continuing to slowly add a sodium hydrogensulfite aqueous solution; and carrying reaction for 2-3 h; and (d) finally, adjusting the pH value by using triethylamine to obtain the finishing liquor.
