Problems solved by technology

[0006] 1. The aluminum foil or tin foil (metal foil) used for moisture-proof and protection in the cigarette box will adversely affect the reading distance between the RFID reader and the RFID tag;
[0007] 2. The RFID tag is only attached to one surface, which will cause poor directionality when reading, that is, it can only be read in a specific area;
[0009] 4. The cost of dielectric substrate and antenna is too high, and the cost of cigarette manufacturers introducing RFID technology in the field of cigarette manufacturing and distribution will increase greatly

Embodiment Construction

[0039] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. For the convenience of description, the following embodiments mainly take a rectangular parallelepiped cigarette case (equivalent to the outer shell of the packaging box) and a packaging box composed of metal foil paper (aluminum foil paper, tin foil paper or copper foil paper) in the rectangular parallelepiped cigarette case as an example. The principles of other packaging boxes are the same. The only difference is that the article is different from the outer shell. For example, the article can be wine and the outer shell is also a rectangular parallelepiped box.

[0040] Such as figure 1 The exploded structure diagram of the first embodiment of the metal foil paper that doubles as an RFID tag of the present invention is shown. The metal foil paper 1 includes a substrate layer 11, a metal foil layer 12, and an RFID chip 13. The metal foil layer 12 and the substrate l...

Abstract

The invention discloses a metal foil paper using as a radio frequency identification device (RFID) label, a production method thereof and a packaging box, wherein the metal foil paper is used for wrapping objects, and comprises a base plate layer, a metal foil layer and an RFID chip, the metal foil layer and the base plate layer are laminated together, an antenna gap is arranged on the metal foil layer to form an identification antenna, and the RFID chip is arranged on the antenna gap or on a part which is right opposite to the base plate layer and the antenna gap, and is electrically connected with the metal foil layer. The production method is that: the antenna gap which is used for the identification antenna of the RFID label is arranged on the metal foil layer; and the RFID chip is arranged on the antenna gap or on the part which is right opposite to the base plate layer and the antenna gap. The metal foil paper can be also used as the RFID label, and has good directionality in identification after wrapping the objects; the metal foil paper is torn off for use, i.e. the RFID label is physically damaged, and cannot be recycled, so the anti-counterfeiting effect is better; and the original materials are fully used, so the cost is saved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the application field of RFID (radio frequency identification, radio frequency identification) technology, and in particular to a metal foil paper that doubles as an RFID label, a manufacturing method thereof, and a packaging box including the metal foil paper. Background technique [0002] RFID technology is a wireless communication technology that uses radio frequency signals for non-contact two-way communication, automatically identifies target objects and obtains relevant information and data. With the advancement of science and technology, RFID has been involved in all aspects of people’s daily lives, and is widely used in many fields such as industrial automation, commercial automation, and transportation control management, such as train traffic monitoring systems, highway automatic toll collection systems, and articles. Management, assembly line production automation, access control systems, financial transactions, w...
