Abstract

The invention relates to a sanitary ceramic with a high infrared function prepared from fly ash and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials for the ceramic are as follows: a green body of the ceramic comprises, by weight, 30 to 40% of fly ash, 0 to 15% of attaclay, 12 to 22% of kaolin, 10 to 18% of feldspar, 10 to 20% of quartz and 2 to 8% of black mud; glaze for the ceramic comprises, byweight, 6% of kaolin, 5% of zinc oxide, 7% of zirconium silicate, 25 to 30% of fly ash, 4 to 10% of black talcum, 30 to 41% of feldspar and 12 to 18% of quartz. A product of the sanitary ceramic is obtained through the steps of material preparing, ball milling, ageing, slip casting and molding, glazing, drying and sintering, wherein, a sintering temperature is 1150 to 1180 DEG C, and time for insulation is 30 min. The sanitary ceramic prepared from the industrial waste material fly ash and common industrial raw materials has infrared emittance (epsilon) at normal temperature of 0.89 to 0.93 and flexural strength of 84 to 91 MPa, enables ceramic raw materials in short supply to be saved, has an auxiliary therapeutic effect and has a wide application prospect in a variety of sanitary ceramic products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of inorganic non-metallic materials (ceramics), and in particular relates to a sanitary ceramic with high infrared function prepared from fly ash and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the past 20 years, my country's building and sanitary ceramics industry has developed rapidly. Since the early 1990s, its output has been ranking first in the world. However, the building and sanitary ceramics industry is a huge energy-consuming and resource-demanding industry, and large-scale production will inevitably lead to energy consumption and resource shortage. [0003] Fly ash is the solid waste left by the combustion of coal in coal-fired boilers. It mainly comes from coal-fired power plants. It is one of the largest industrial wastes in my country. There are many harmful effects on the environment and human body. With the development of the electric power industry, the discharge of fly ash from co...
