Embodiment 1

[0015] A seedling-raising substrate using cassava residue as a raw material, the composition and weight percentage of the substrate are: 62% of cassava residue, 10% of bagasse, 16% of peat soil, 3% of perlite, 2% of superphosphate, and 0.5% of potassium chloride , 0.5% urea, 1% lime (pH6-7), 5% starter; wherein the starter is the product of cassava bagasse, bagasse, and bran inoculated with microbial compound bacterial agents for pre-fermentation.

[0016] The above-mentioned seedling-raising matrix of the present embodiment, its manufacture method adopts following steps:

[0017] a. Preparation of leavening agent: mix cassava bagasse, bagasse, bran, and microbial composite bacterial agent in a ratio of 4:1:4:1 by weight, adjust the water content to 55-60%, make heaps and cover films , to carry out pre-fermentation for 1 day.

[0018] b. Aerobic fermentation: mix cassava bagasse, bagasse, peat soil, superphosphate, urea, lime (pH7.0), and the prepared starter in proportion, c...

Embodiment 2

[0022] A seedling-raising substrate using cassava residue as a raw material, the components and weight percentages of the substrate are: 52% of cassava residue, 20% of bagasse, 16% of peat soil, 3% of perlite, 2% of superphosphate, and 0.5% of potassium chloride , 0.5% urea, 1% lime (pH6-7), 5% starter; wherein the starter is the product of cassava bagasse, bagasse, and bran inoculated with microbial compound bacterial agents for pre-fermentation.

[0023] The above-mentioned seedling-raising matrix of the present embodiment, its preparation method is identical with embodiment 1.

[0024] After testing, the matrix of the present embodiment has a bulk density of 0.31g.cm -3 , the total porosity is 76.3%, the ventilation porosity is 12.4%, the water holding porosity is 64.3%, the water-air ratio is 5.3, the pH value is 6.8, and the EC (conductivity) is 2.75ms.cm -1 , the physical properties of the matrix are excellent, and the agglomeration performance is good; the organic matt...

Abstract

The invention relates to a seedling raising substrate using cassava residue as a raw material and a preparation method thereof. The composition and weight percentage of the substrate are: cassava bagasse 40-70%, bagasse 10-30%, peat soil 10-20%, perlite 3-5%, superphosphate 1-2%, potassium chloride 0.2- 0.5%, 0.2-0.5% urea, pH 6-7, 5-10% starter; the starter is the pre-fermented product of cassava bagasse, bagasse, bran and microbial compound bacteria. This substrate is suitable for raising seedlings in nutritional cups and plug trays for vegetables, flowers, etc. It has excellent physical properties, excellent porosity, early, uniform and strong seedlings, suitable particle size composition, and good agglomeration performance. Cassava residue does not need to be crushed and processed, the preparation process is simple, and the cost is low; it can provide a new way for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of cassava residue, and at the same time alleviate the excessive exploitation of non-renewable natural resources such as peat, which is conducive to protecting the ecological environment.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a soilless cultivation technique, in particular to a seedling raising substrate using cassava residue as a raw material and a preparation method thereof. 2. Background technology [0002] With the rapid development of protected horticulture, soilless culture technology and plug seedling technology have been popularized and applied in a large area, and the demand for soilless seedling substrate is increasing day by day. Rock wool and peat are the most commonly used seedling substrates in soilless culture, but their synthetic raw materials are non-renewable natural resources with limited reserves, and excessive exploitation will also cause damage to the ecological environment. In recent years, with the recognition of the importance of sustainable development and environmental protection, it has become the world's first choice to replace non-renewable natural resources such as peat and rock wool with renewable agricultural orga...
