The invention discloses an airtight, weather-tight and sound-insulation fire door comprising a doorframe and a door leaf, wherein the door leaf is hinged on the doorframe; a door lock is arranged on the door leaf; a first fireproof rubber strip and a second fireproof rubber strip are arranged in a ladder type at an inner-side junction of the door leaf and the doorframe; a watertight rubber strip is arranged at an outermost side of the door leaf; three layers of fireproof boards are arranged in the door leaf at intervals; and ceramic wool is filled between adjacent two layers of fireproof boards. By means of the airtight, weather-tight and sound-insulation fire door, not only fireproofing but also airtight, weather-tight and sound-insulation functions can be realized; the needed weather-tight function is realized so long as the door leaf is closed and a heaven and earth lock is locked; the gaps between the doorframe and the door leaf can be sealed by utilizing the watertight rubber strip and the fireproof strips so that the weather-tight, airtight and sound-insulation functions are achieved; and when a fire happens, the fireproof strips of the doorframe rapidly expand so as to block the flame path and unexposed surface temperature is prevented from rising by utilizing interlayer fireproof materials of the door leaf.
