Abstract

The invention discloses an application of PHA in aquiculture. A PHA-containing agent is adopted as a matrix for the solid-phase denitrification of water body and a biomembrane of large surface area is formed, thus providing energy and places for the dephosphorization and denitrification of microbes; in the meanwhile, the PHA-containing agent provides nutritional substances for beneficial microorganisms to make them propagate in large numbers, so as to restore the ecological environment of the water body, improve the water quality, increase dissolved oxygen, minimize the feeding amount of forage, establish an excellent eco-balance system and accomplish environmentally-friendly and sustainable high-density breeding.
