By using the mode of charging according to the time duration, the patients may not ask some unnecessary problems in consideration of treatment cost. Because payments and incomes are unequal, some famous doctors, elder experts in particular, rarely sit in a treatment room. However, by using the system through which the doctors can set time-duration treatment cost, the famous doctors can obtain the treatment cost which is equal to the payment, so the re-utilization of high-quality medical resources is further improved.
