Embodiment 1

[0051] Preparation of functional potassium phosphate fertilizer for base fertilizer:

[0052] 1. Preparation of group A potassium phosphate salt:

[0053] Put 1000 grams of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate in tricrystalline water in a stainless steel jacketed pot, heat it with hot water, and keep the water temperature at 50°C, start the stirrer to dissolve dipotassium hydrogen phosphate in its own crystallization water to form supersaturated phosphoric acid dipotassium hydrogen solution. Add 1000 grams of potassium chlorite, and keep stirring to allow the potassium chlorite to fully mix with the supersaturated dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution. After mixing evenly, take the material out of the jacketed pot and place it in a stainless steel plate for dehydration and drying. The dried material is Group A potassium phosphate.

[0054] 2. Preparation of Potassium Phosphate Salt of Group B:

[0069] Preparation of functional potassium phosphate fertilizer for foliar fertilizer:

[0070] 1. Preparation of group A potassium phosphate salt:

[0071] Put 300 grams of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate in tricrystalline water in a stainless steel jacketed pot, heat it with hot water, and keep the water temperature at 50°C, start the stirrer to dissolve dipotassium hydrogen phosphate in its own crystallization water to form supersaturated phosphoric acid dipotassium hydrogen solution. Add 50 grams of potassium chlorite and stir continuously to allow the potassium chlorite to fully mix with the supersaturated dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution. After mixing evenly, take the material out of the jacketed pot and place it in a stainless steel flat plate for dehydration and drying. The dried material is Group A potassium phosphate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a potassium phosphate fertilizer with functions of sterilization and deinsectization, which is characterized in that the functional fertilizer comprises a potassium phosphate group A, a potassium phosphate group B and a potassium phosphate group C, wherein the potassium phosphate group A, B and C are respectively prepared by the following steps of mixing chlorite, chlorinated trichloroisocyanuric acid salt compound, monopotassium phosphate and oversaturated dipotassium phosphate solution together, cooling the mixture, covering a layer of alkaline phosphoric acid potassium crystals of same pH value and same property on the surface of the mixture, and finally drying and dehydrating the mixture; and the potassium phosphate group A, B and C are mixed and packaged so as to obtain the potassium phosphate fertilizer with functions of sterilization and deinsectization. The potassium phosphate fertilizer is a high-quality and efficient phosphorus-potassium binary compound fertilizer, and has a typical phosphate buffer system; the chlorite, chlorinated trichloroisocyanuric acid salt compound and monopotassium phosphate in the potassium phosphate are dissolved in water and generates chlorine dioxide active substances by reaction, and the chlorine dioxide active substances are dissolved in the phosphate buffer system, thus active substances with functions of sterilization and deinsectization can be released stably and slowly, and nutrient elements such as phosphorus and potassium can be compensated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of functional fertilizers, and in particular relates to a potassium phosphate fertilizer with the function of sterilizing and exterminating insects and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] Soil pathogens are the main cause of crop diseases. The pathogens mainly harm the stem bases and roots of cucumbers, melons, watermelons, cotton, kidney beans, zucchini, winter melons and other crops. The general incidence is 10% to 30%. Seedlings break the ridge, seriously up to 80% to 90%, or even all withered, resulting in no harvest, is a devastating disease. [0003] At the same time, among the four major causes of crop infection and disease, crop parasitic nematodes are more harmful than bacteria and viruses, and are second only to fungal diseases. It is estimated that the annual economic loss caused by nematode damage in the world is about 100 billion US dollars, and the annual loss caused by nematod...
